FOX MUSIC LIMITED WARRANTY

Fox Music House (FMH) is committed in providing prompt, courteous and responsible service to all our clients. We provide a one-year limited warranty on all products installed by FMH. Onsite service repairs are also provided on all equipment that was purchased and installed by Fox Music for a period of ONE (1) year from, (i) the original date of purchase or (ii) completion date of installation or (iii) the starting date of beneficial use, whichever occurs first.

Fox Music’s limited warranty does not cover consumable items such as lamps, filters, batteries, etc. and other items. This also includes damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, disaster, fire, flood, water, wind lightning, and Acts of God. In addition, operator error and items designed to fail to protect the equipment, such as power and/or lightning suppressors, are also not covered.

ONE YEAR ONSITE SERVICE WARRANTY

With Fox Music House at your side during your project, you will find we only recommend and install products which perform at the highest standard and are supported by manufacturers who provide excellent support and warranty conditions. We do understand, however, that warranty repairs are sometimes required, and we are pleased to provide our clients with a one-year on-site product warranty.

With standard product warranties, the manufacturer or agent requires the end-user to return the faulty product to them with all charges associated with the uninstalling of the product, transport and re-installation borne by the end-user client.

With one year on-site service warranty from Fox Music, if a product becomes faulty that meets the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, a Fox Music technician will come the site of the faulty product, uninstall the product, send it to the manufacturer and reinstall it once repaired, up to one year from date of purchase. In cases where the equipment is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty but extends past Fox Music’s ONE (1) Year coverage period, AND Manufacture Factory repair is required, customers would be responsible for all associated freight and labor charges required to uninstall and reinstall the product. This work will be subject to a labor charge of $120/hr.
