Fox Music House offers on-site service for everyone! We can come on-site and service your audio, video, or lighting service. Whether you are having a problem that needs diagnosing, need annual maintenance, or need a training session Fox Music has got you covered. One of our experienced technicians can solve any problem that may be occurring or just get you system back into tip top shape.

Our service rate is $150/hour ($250 minium) plus mileage for any location outside of the Charleston metropolitan area. Typically, we are able to complete all service calls in just one visit. If a repair is necessary, we will carry the equipment back to our shop for repair. If there is damage beyond repair we can typically quote a replacement while on-site. If that is not possible we will schedule one of our designers to come out and make a more detailed recommendation.
